For those about to Bedrock, we salute you.

In 2011, the first Bedrock Sandals were handmade for friends while working river restoration jobs in Northern California. The aim was to create a lighter-weight, more freedom feeling sandal for our outdoor and everyday needs.

Over the past 15 years, Bedrock Sandals have been busy making the footwear more durable, adjustable, and capable. In 2016, the brand introduced the innovative and award-winning Cairn model, which remains the flagship of the range. In 2023, Bedrock expanded beyond sandals with its first closed-toe design, the adventure-ready Mountain Clog, built on the Cairn strap system.

From early builds in cabins, forts, and garages, Bedrock Sandals has grown into an established HQ in Missoula, Montana. The focus remains the same: an ongoing experiment in designing and creating the best modern adventure footwear.

Bedrock Sandals are built for the long haul, designed to be worn across countless journeys, get them re-souled if need be, and keep on taking the trail as Bedrock Sandals thoughtfully design and test the newest answer to your adventure footwear needs.
