Shipping policy

 

We usually ship orders within 2 working days after you’ve ordered. All orders ship from the UK using a tracked service.

We work Monday to Friday and are closed at the weekend and on UK public holidays. This means if you order on a weekend your order should be shipped by the end of Tuesday at the latest. We’ll send you an email when your order has been packed and shipped.

At busy times like Christmas, sale and new product launches we might take longer to get your order ready. We appreciate your patience and if there are any problems we’ll be in touch.

UK & Isle Of Man

All prices you see are without UK VAT and we won’t charge VAT or duty at the checkout.

This means you will be liable to pay any local import VAT and duty when your order arrives in your country. You will be charged by the delivery company who will then pay the VAT and duty to your government.

All orders ship from the UK using a tracked service and all prices include VAT and all customs fees.

You will NOT pay any more at the checkout and you won’t pay any customs fees after that.

All orders ship from the UK using a tracked service and the prices you see are without VAT/sales tax. We won’t charge VAT/sales tax or duty at the checkout.

This means you will be liable to pay any local import VAT/sales tax and duties and any other customs fees when your order arrives in your country. These fees are charged to you either by the delivery company or the import and customs agency of your country. These fees usually need to be paid before your order will be delivered.
